ONE STEP PROCESS
Purchase the piece at the retail price.
With your commitment for payment in full on or before July 26, 2008, we will mark the work as "Sold" and have it ready for pick up at the end of the show on July 26th, 2008. We can also make arrangements to send you the work. An offer at the retail price is the only way to secure ownership of the work and take it out of the bidding process.
Bid and Buy
Place a minimum bid of $1,000 via email or visit the Gallery and mark your bid in person. You must receive a written acknowledgement from us to confirm your bid.
Watch the bids online and place new bids.
If a bid is already listed, enter the next incremental bid.
You can even jump to the top and offer the full retail price before 5:30 pm on July 26, 2008, to purchase the piece outright!
TWO STEP PROCESS
In the case that a conflict arises about a particular work, ArtZone 461 Gallery staff will have full authority to make the final decision. In the case that two bids are simultaneously placed on the artwork at the closing moments, the final price and purchaser will be determined by $25 increments, starting of with the individual with the lower bid number.
The highest bidder at 7:30 pm on July 26, 2008, will be the new owner of the piece!
