SCHOOLING


I studied at the California School of Fine Arts, later to become the San Francisco Art Institute in San Francisco, California.

I was able to attend on scholarships and on the G.I. Bill after being drafted during the Korean War.

I served in the United States Army from October 1951 to August 1953.
